Terms of use.

These terms govern your access to and use of the GC Scientific website, authenticated member platform, dashboard, therapy library, resource library, vendor directory, billing features, admin systems, contact forms, protected downloads, and any related services.

By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting a form, starting a membership, using protected content, accessing member-only resources, or using any platform feature, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the website, create an account, access the member platform, submit information, purchase a membership, or use any protected GC Scientific materials.

GC Scientific is responsible for the brand, platform positioning, member offering, content, account access, platform operation, and commercial use of the service.

The platform has been built by Data Menu as the technical build provider. Data Menu may provide development, maintenance, technical support, debugging, infrastructure support, and platform improvement services where authorised by GC Scientific.

Nothing in these terms creates a direct service contract between you and Data Menu unless Data Menu separately agrees to one in writing.

GC Scientific is a private education, reference, research organisation, and platform navigation environment. It is not a medical provider, prescribing service, pharmacy, diagnostic service, emergency service, patient management system, or substitute for qualified professional judgement.

Content on the platform is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It must not be treated as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment instruction, prescribing guidance, dosing instruction, sourcing instruction, legal advice, compliance advice, or a recommendation to start, stop, change, acquire, use, prescribe, supply, import, export, or administer any therapy, medicine, compound, peptide, supplement, product, or intervention.

You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice, complying with applicable laws, checking clinical suitability, checking regulatory status, and making any professional, commercial, clinical, legal, or operational decisions.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or urgent health issue, you must contact emergency services or an appropriate qualified healthcare professional. GC Scientific must not be used for urgent, emergency, or patient-critical decisions.

You must be legally capable of entering into these terms and old enough to use the platform in your jurisdiction. The platform is intended for adults, professionals, clinics, teams, and members with a legitimate interest in advanced therapy education and protected platform materials.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, submitting an enquiry, joining a membership, or updating your profile.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, protecting your device, signing out where appropriate, and ensuring that no unauthorised person accesses your account.

You must not share your account, transfer your login, sell access, allow unauthorised users to view member-only content, or use another person’s account.

GC Scientific may restrict, suspend, expire, or terminate access where account information appears inaccurate, suspicious, unlawful, unauthorised, abusive, unpaid, expired, or inconsistent with these terms.

GC Scientific may provide different access states, including admin, active member, pending member, restricted member, expired member, free membership, paid membership, trial access, or other access levels.

Access to protected therapy profiles, member-only resources, protected downloads, vendor listings, account features, billing features, and future AI Companion functions may depend on account status, role, subscription status, plan type, approval state, and platform configuration.

A created account does not guarantee full access. GC Scientific may require billing activation, approval, verification, subscription status, or internal review before granting access to protected areas.

GC Scientific may change, add, remove, limit, or restructure access levels, membership features, plan names, plan pricing, protected content, and platform functionality at any time.

Payments, subscriptions, checkout flows, invoices, card management, customer portals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and reactivations may be handled through Stripe or another payment provider selected by GC Scientific.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise applicable charges for paid memberships, renewals, upgrades, or other paid access options selected by you.

Prices, plan availability, free tiers, paid tiers, trial periods, renewal terms, and membership benefits may change. Any price displayed before launch or during testing may be a placeholder unless confirmed by GC Scientific.

Unless GC Scientific states otherwise, subscription charges renew automatically until cancelled through the applicable billing flow. Cancelling a subscription may allow access to continue until the end of the current billing period, depending on platform configuration and Stripe status.

GC Scientific does not store full payment card numbers through the platform. Payment details are handled through Stripe-hosted secure flows.

Refunds, credits, partial refunds, goodwill adjustments, and billing disputes are handled at GC Scientific’s discretion unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Member-only content, therapy profiles, resource materials, protected downloads, vendor listings, research summaries, notes, platform data, templates, and internal references are provided for permitted platform use only.

You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, share, leak, sublicense, train external systems on, upload to third-party tools, or make public any protected content unless GC Scientific gives written permission.

Protected file downloads may be delivered through secure routes, private storage, temporary links, or access-controlled systems. You must not attempt to bypass those controls, guess file URLs, share download links, or expose protected files publicly.

GC Scientific may revoke access to protected materials if it suspects misuse, unauthorised sharing, account sharing, scraping, commercial exploitation, or breach of these terms.

The vendor directory and sourcing references are provided for private informational context only. GC Scientific does not guarantee that any vendor, source, product, service, supplier, compound, therapy, or claim is lawful, safe, suitable, available, verified, effective, compliant, or appropriate for your use.

Vendor listings must not be treated as endorsements, instructions to purchase, import guidance, prescribing guidance, clinical recommendations, regulatory advice, or assurance of quality.

You are solely responsible for independent due diligence, legal checks, clinical checks, regulatory checks, quality checks, import/export checks, professional advice, and all decisions relating to any vendor, product, supplier, therapy, or sourcing pathway.

GC Scientific may provide a platform-integrated AI Companion. The AI Companion is intended to answer only from approved GC Scientific platform content and operate within predefined platform logic.

The AI Companion must not be treated as a doctor, clinician, pharmacist, lawyer, compliance adviser, sourcing adviser, emergency service, or autonomous decision-maker.

The AI Companion may be inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, limited, or unable to answer. It may refuse, fallback, or direct you to platform content where appropriate.

You must not use the AI Companion to request diagnosis, treatment plans, dosing, prescribing, sourcing instructions, unlawful activity, patient-specific decisions, emergency support, or unrestricted external answers.

The AI Companion is not intended to browse the web, access external systems, or perform autonomous unrestricted actions. Any future actions must be limited to predefined secure platform functions.

You remain solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated outputs, checking source material, applying professional judgement, and obtaining appropriate advice before relying on anything.

You must not use the platform for unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, unsafe, exploitative, or unauthorised purposes.

You must not attempt to bypass authentication, access admin systems without permission, access another user’s data, attack the platform, probe security, interfere with protected routes, reverse engineer systems, overload infrastructure, scrape content, automate unauthorised access, or extract data at scale.

You must not upload or submit malware, harmful code, unlawful content, patient records, confidential third-party information, payment card details, credentials, regulated medical records, or content you do not have permission to provide.

You must not present GC Scientific content as medical advice, claim endorsement where none exists, misrepresent platform materials, use the platform to provide unsafe advice, or use protected materials outside permitted access.

You must not use the platform to facilitate illegal sourcing, unlicensed supply, unlawful import/export, unauthorised prescribing, unsafe administration, or any activity that breaches applicable law or professional standards.

You are responsible for all information you submit through signup forms, contact forms, account forms, support messages, profile updates, search inputs, enquiry messages, uploads, or future AI Companion interactions.

You must ensure that submitted information is accurate, lawful, non-confidential unless appropriate, and that you have the right to provide it.

You must not submit patient-identifiable data, confidential clinical case files, medical records, diagnosis details, treatment plans, prescribing instructions, or emergency information through general platform forms.

By submitting information, you give GC Scientific permission to use it to operate the platform, respond to you, manage accounts, process enquiries, administer membership, sync CRM data where enabled, maintain security, and perform the purposes described in the privacy policy.

The GC Scientific name, branding, design, layout, content, therapy profiles, resource structures, vendor directory structure, platform copy, page designs, visual style, icons, arrangement, and member experience are protected by intellectual property rights owned or licensed by GC Scientific or its licensors.

The platform implementation, infrastructure, code, technical architecture, and underlying system components may include work created by Data Menu, third-party libraries, hosting providers, payment providers, CRM providers, and other technical services.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for permitted personal, professional, or internal business purposes according to your membership access level.

You do not receive ownership of the platform, code, underlying systems, protected content, databases, files, prompts, models, workflows, templates, design system, or proprietary materials.

The platform may rely on third-party services including Stripe, GoHighLevel, hosting providers, database providers, email providers, file storage providers, analytics tools, security tools, and other infrastructure providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, security rules, availability limits, fees, and operational restrictions. GC Scientific is not responsible for third-party service failures, outages, pricing changes, data practices, or service decisions outside its control.

Links to third-party websites, vendor websites, documents, or external resources are provided for convenience and context only. GC Scientific does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, suitability, availability, or reliability of third-party content.

GC Scientific may update, modify, suspend, restrict, remove, replace, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, including public pages, member pages, admin features, content models, resources, vendor listings, AI Companion features, billing flows, or access rules.

The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, deployment, infrastructure failure, third-party outages, security incidents, database issues, bugs, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

GC Scientific does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of content, permanent availability of accounts, or permanent availability of any feature.

The platform and all content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GC Scientific excludes warranties, representations, and conditions relating to accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, safety, legality, or suitability.

GC Scientific does not warrant that any therapy information, resource, vendor listing, AI output, reference, note, link, or platform material is accurate, current, complete, clinically appropriate, legally compliant, safe, effective, or suitable for your circumstances.

You use the platform at your own risk. You are responsible for independent verification, professional advice, legal compliance, clinical judgement, and all decisions made after using the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GC Scientific, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, licensors, and technical providers, including Data Menu where applicable, are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, business, clinical, professional, regulatory, reputational, financial, data, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the platform.

GC Scientific is not liable for decisions you make based on platform content, AI Companion outputs, vendor listings, resource materials, therapy profiles, external links, billing status, account restrictions, or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, liability is limited to the amount you paid to GC Scientific for the relevant membership service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different limit.

GC Scientific may suspend, restrict, expire, or terminate your account or membership if you breach these terms, fail to pay, misuse content, share access, submit unsafe material, abuse platform systems, create risk, or act in a way GC Scientific considers harmful to the platform, users, business, or legal compliance.

GC Scientific may also restrict access while investigating suspected misuse, unauthorised access, billing issues, security events, complaints, legal risk, or account irregularities.

Termination or restriction may remove access to member-only content, protected downloads, vendor listings, AI Companion features, billing pages, dashboard areas, and other platform features.

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to GC Scientific’s place of operation, unless mandatory consumer or data protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

Any disputes should first be raised with GC Scientific through the contact route on the platform so the issue can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved informally.

If a court or authority finds part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.

GC Scientific may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, memberships, integrations, legal requirements, billing flows, security practices, AI Companion functionality, or business operations.

The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the updated terms from the stated effective date.
